PRESSURES OF A FIRST GEN EVERYTHING
Thesis
Design
For my thesis , I wanted to talk about something that was important to me while simultaneously giving others a piece of advice I wish I got earlier on in my journey. I decided to create it in the form of a YouTube video. My goals after college were originally to find a job within my field so that I can have a secure life; health benefits, 401k, salary, etc. I chose to leave that all behind and take the risk to have the career younger me would be extremely proud of. My quirky and energetic personality is perfect for entertainment and when I add my illustrates, it feels like a revival of early 2010s social media passion.

Medium
This was done surprisingly only using a few different software. I used Procreate for the illustrations and the animations, I drew everything frame by frame. I wanted to do things without the help of ai, even though I’m aware of it’s benifits I want my audience to see my progress in real time, so I’ll keep animating frame by frame. For the editing and music, I was able to get outside help from friends with different talents. We collectivly colaborated and made so many final decisions togther, they’d like to stay anonymous but I’ll still give credit where it’s due.
