CRIMSON PEAK
Movie Poster
Design
The task was to pick a movie and create a poster for it. The only catch was that we couldn’t incorporate any figures and could only do backgrounds. I decided to go with the movie Crimson Peak by Guillermo Del Toro. While doing my research for this project I rewatched the movie, I decided that one of the most relevant places in the movie was the bathroom so I went with that as my background. I wanted to have the viewer feel theat creepy feeling you get when you see this bathroom in the movie and I figured illustrating the title of the movie coming out of the tub would make that happen. And it did!

This piece like most of my others is fully digital. From the sketching process to the final product, it was all done on Procreate.
